I love talking about some of my favourite products over here and hopefully it’s nice for you to find some new things to try too! “Rawlicious” is actually a company whose products I’ve been enjoying for quite a while. I first found them way back at the end of last year when I was following the anti-candida eating plan (no fruit, no yeast, limited grains and legumes, etc.) and they were a staple in my rather restricted diet.
That’s all over (thank goodness!) but the obsession with Rawlicious crackers has very much stuck!
They’re made from nuts, seeds and spices (2 of the flavours are nut-free though, if that’s a concern for you), and, as you can tell from their name, they’re completely raw. Instead of being baked they’re dehydrated at low temperatures to keep all the goodness, nutrients and flavour intact as well as make them super crispy!
They come in 4 flavours, yes I know there are only 3 boxes pictured above but the first box vanished so quickly I didn’t manage to get a picture!
- Raw Artisan Bread Crackers- probably the most neutral in flavour. Go with anything. (nut-free)
- Raw Italian Herb Crackers-flavoured with classic Italian herbs. A tasty side-dish to raw courgete noodles & marinara! (nut-free)
- Raw Brazil Nut & Thyme Crackers- These are so unique and probably my favourites. I like them plain.
- Raw Pizza Crackers- These seriously taste like pizza! Maybe my 2nd favourite but it’s hard to pick.
They’re all flavourful enough to eat just on their own but are also great as part of a snacky lunch plate with some hummus & crudités…
Crumbled up on top of a salad….
And of course spread thickly with mashed avocado (+ lemon + sea salt).
Rawlicious don’t just do crackers. I also tried some of their tasty Cashew & Date “Snackaroons” which are just as perfectly crisp as the crackers. They’re coconutty with little chewy pieces of dried fruit and a hint of ginger. I loved how big the bag was- the snackaroons themselves are only little but you get a whole load of them!
The kale chips are fantastic too and come in some unique flavours- Thai Chilli Twist, Indian Spice Twist, Oh So Cheesey and Double Pepper Twist. They’re quite light and delicate compared to other kale chips I’ve tried but still have plenty of flavour. Again, they stay crisp even after opening the bag (just sealing with a clip) though the bags are the ideal size for one person anyway.
Thanks to the kind folks of Inside Organics for sending me the selection of goodies to try. They’re the manufacturer of Rawlicious but also stock a whole range of other products I’m exited to try, including lots of US ones which are usually hard to find in Europe. You’ll find 22 days Nutrition bars, Vega and Plant Fusion vegan protein powders, high-quality superfoods and raw & organic nuts and seeds, among plenty more.
Rawlicious products are also available in health food stores Europe-wide.
Have you tried them yet?

I really like Rawlicious, the crackers and snackaroons are great, although I prefer other kale chips- I don’t find these crunchy enough. I’m using their protein at the minute and really like it.
The kale chips probably aren’t my favourite either. I think I’d prefer a thicker coating on them. The crackers on the other hand, definitely my very favourites!
Good to know about the protein powder. I haven’t tried it yet but I’m coming to the end of my Sunwarrior so it’s one to consider.
Mmmm! Some of this looks amazing! While I always try to make stuff like raw crackers myself, to keep costs down and ensure freshness, there is something to be said for convenience food at times…
Seeing as I’ve just got a dehydrator I’d like to start making my own raw crackers too. But I don’t think they’ll ever be as good as these ones! I’ll have to try and copy the ingredients!
I use Rawlicious protein powder for post-run recovery but haven’t come across the crackers and other things - I must look for them!
I haven’t tried the protein powder but Lauren above mentioned she uses it too so I might look into it. You really must try the crackers especially. Utterly delicious!
I haven’t had an opportunity to try the Rawlicious products yet, but they sound fab! I’d especially love to try the crackers. I love nutty seed crackers slathered in hummus or avocado for a quick lunch or snack :p
Are you going to VegFest this weekend Sharon?! I know Rawlicious are going to be there!
we’ve never had Rawlicious before, they look amazing. yum yum we love raw crackers!
They’re just in Europe at the moment I think. They’re definitely the best I’ve had though! I’ve recently welcomed a dehydrator into my kitchen so will have to start making my own!
Yay, I like Rawlicious… are you going to try some copycat recipes in your dehydrator
That’s definitely the plan! I’m working on using up my stashes of raw granola, crackers, kale chips, etc. before I get going making my own!
Yay, Rawlicious crackers are the bomb! They taste amazing
My fav is the italian or maybe the pizza.. haha kind pick one! Haven’t seen the kale chips before, but will definitely check out Inside organic’s page - I have the same trouble finding US-products in Europe (Denmark that is…).
So glad you’re a fan too Marie! I think the Italian is my 2nd favourite (after the brazil nut & thyme!). We are lucky with all the products we have over here but it still doesn’t compare to the huge range in the US!
Thanks for reviewing this brand - I’ll keep my eyes open for their crackers (they look delicious sprinkled on that salad!).
These look fabulous…especially those pizza crackers, oh my gosh! Drooling over those and that’s a great idea to break them up over a salad. The snackaroons look tasty too….I’m a bit obsessed with anything with ginger in it!
The crackers are just so darn good. Even now I’ve got my dehydrator I don’t think I’ll ever be able to make any that rival these! I’m going to have to try a copycat recipe 😀
