It took me a long time to warm up to gojis, but now I love them- especially with chocolate!
Thanks so much Emma
I’ve pretty much grown up with German biscuits I am curious what typical holiday cookies are where you grew up - any favourites?
I don’t think Christmas cookies are actually a thing here! We have mince pies instead. I much prefer a cookie though
Anything gingerbread/cinnamon spiced is my favourite.
Wow, they all look so good , Emma!
Yum, healthy and delicious! Great list of cookies Emma.
The best combination! Hope you get to do some baking this season
These all look so good - I can’t wait to make my way through this list!
I know right?! I want to make them all!

I’m so glad you participated in this too! I just posted my round up link
Yay! It was fun taking part wasn’t it?
My favourite holiday biscuit is and always will be… Speculaas. It’s a traditional Belgian biscuit that tastes of cinnamon and other lovely spices, we eat with chocolate and mandarins for St Nicolas’ Day on 6th of December.
Ah yes speculaas! They had to be your favourite
When we had bought biscuits growing up we often had the lotus speculaas.
This is one awesome list!! I am looking for a few healthier cookies to put on my tray and these are so inspirational!
That’s great Joanne. There’s so much food around Christmas it’s nice to be able to have something which is a little less decadent but doesn’t taste so!
Thanks for sharing - really nice to have a handy list like this.
Fab. Glad it’s useful!
What a fun initiative, they all look gorgeous!
It was fun to take part
I made alfajores
for the holidays! These chocolate orange goji cookies are beautiful!
Alfajores remind me of my visit to Uruguay! There were so many dulce de leche treats about.
